  Commercial/Official Envelopes
  Commercial envelopes are the most commonly used for correspondence. These envelopes are normally produced from a variety of paper grades, ranging from white wove and brown kraft commodity to many grades of premium writing and text papers. These styles are suitable for a host of personal correspondence purposes (i.e., letterheads, invoices, statements, stationery, direct marketing, mailing, etc.).
  Commercial Window envelopes may be used for a variety of applications. Standard windows and special window sizes are available. Window patch material used, for content protection, is Poly, or an open window with no poly is available.

Catalog & Policy Envelopes
  These are larger envelopes with an open end, so the flap is on the short dimension. These envelopes are commonly produced and stocked with a center seam and a bottom seam.
Booklet Envelopes
  These envelopes are traditionally produced from white wove and brown kraft paper. Booklet envelopes printed with a first class mail, green diamond border are available. The envelopes can be supplied with a variety of window sizes.
  Booklet envelopes are available in a wide variety of premium text grades and colors, usually to match an enclosure such as an annual report, brochure, sales literature or a variety of printed materials. They may be used in volume mailings processed by inserting and sealing equipment.

Remittance Envelopes
  A remit collection envelope traditionally has a large printing surface. They are ideal for mail order, donations, and general remittance applications.
  These envelopes are available in 24# white wove. Other colors are available as a special order.

  Inside Tints for Commercial/Official Envelopes
  Inside tints are more commonly used for greater visual security of contents. Inside Tints are available in a wide variety of designs. Custom designs can be created. The Rockport Envelope Company standard design is Basket weave, which is stocked in blue or black. Other designs are available on a manufactured order basis.
  Open End/Booklet First Class Envelopes
  These envelopes can be supplied with a first class green diamond border, and “First Class Mail” printed on the envelope. This normally expedites postal handling.
Latex/Peel & Seal
  Latex and peel and seal are available on commercial, Booklet & Open End Envelope styles.
Latex Seal
  These envelopes are produced with two strips of pressure latex adhesive. One is on the flap and the other strip on the envelope section that the flap will fold onto. The flap is open (extended). When the flap is closed and pressed, the envelope seals.
Peel & Seal
  Peel & seal has a peel off strip on the flap. Once the strip is peeled off to reveal the glue, the flap is closed, and the envelope is sealed.
Tyvek Envelopes
  Made from very fine, high-density polyethylene fibers. It is lightweight, yet strong, vapor permeable, is water, chemical, puncture, tear, and abrasion resistant. The composition of tyvek results in virtually the strongest envelope available, and the best option for greatest protection of contents.
